40th Anniversary of FIBO Cologne.
In April 2025, the world’s leading fitness trade fair, with over 1,105 exhibitors, once again opened its doors to more than 145,000 visitors.
FIBO is the world’s largest trade fair for fitness, wellness, and health.
Every year, it attracts over 145,000 visitors.
FIBO has been in existence since 1985 and was founded with the vision of building a strong, international fitness industry
and fostering a healthy and health-conscious society.
This is where trainers, the fitness industry, gym operators from numerous countries, and decision-makers from across
the entire fitness industry come together.
The topics and exhibitors, spread across 12 halls, presented this diverse subject in a spectacular,
motivating, and creative manner, engaging the audience fully at every moment.
The multiple world champion, master world champion, and multiple German junior champion and overall winner
also had a booth at FilBO 2025.
His friendly demeanor speaks for itself; he took many selfies, chatted with visitors, and,
with his warm personality, radiated a great deal of motivation and confidence.

A female coach and highly successful fitness athlete in her own right will be showcasing her best self live at FIBO.
A charming Swiss woman who has sculpted her stunning physique through hard work, ambition, and discipline.
Her health is very important to her, and she successfully inspires others with her passion.
Anyone can join, but not everyone sticks with it and completes the program.
Starting with running several laps, then loading a 30-kg sandbag onto their shoulders and
training with it, taking deep strides over several laps together with their training partner—all against the clock, working toward the goal.
Later, participants must throw a basketball 100 times at a wall that counts the throws digitally.
They’re here too. The two firefighters competed in full gear and
both crossed the finish line with outstanding performances. This achievement deserves special recognition.
The conditions are made extremely difficult by the protective gear, which is very heavy and severely restricts athletic movement.
This requires far morestrength and stamina than one might imagine.
Firefighters are the best-trained responders you can imagine. They must be extremely resilient
and strong, undergo recruitment tests that far surpass those of other emergency services, and perform at a level
that goes far beyond that of a top-level athlete.
Only the strongest men and women are selected for this job.
This is heavily promoted at FIBO.
Whether it’s protein in the form of bars, cakes, powder, or ready-to-drink beverages, it’s offered in convenient, portable portions,
and there are plenty of opportunities everywhere to sample the products and see for yourself how great they taste.
Over 1,105 exhibitors and 145,000 visitors from 114 countries attended the 40th anniversary FIBO in Cologne over the course of four days.
FIBO showcased and demonstrated a wide range of activities, allowing visitors to get up close and personal.
From close-quarters combat to “field exercises,” there was something for everyone.
Climbing obstacles, shooting, a tank on display, and off-road vehicles were all freely accessible to visitors.
This gave prospective recruits a glimpse into the daily challenges of life in the Bundeswehr.
Physical fitness is, of course, a top priority, because only with the necessary stamina and strength can one cope with life
and the demands of the Bundeswehr.
Wishing you all the best, Susanne Panhans
