Jürgen Höller, known from press, radio, and television, motivates self-employed
individuals and those aspiring to become self-employed, as well as anyone aiming to achieve great things with his POWER DAYS.
The Olympiahalle is nearly sold out, and Jürgen Höller is rocking the stage.
At regular intervals, he and his team rev up the audience on stage, keeping people wide awake. Attendees are motivated, inspired,
and some are returning for the second time to Jürgen Höller’s events, taking the opportunity to network.
Jürgen Höller presents perspectives and helps people find the path to believe in themselves, work independently, and create a fantastic
existence. Leading by example, he and his entire family are in the spotlight. Both sons, Alexander and Maximilian, are successful artists.
Alexander creates incredibly profound and moving artworks on canvas, while Maximilian sings and writes his own songs,
making hearts beat faster. As expected, their mother, Kerstin, also sings and can be admired on the stage at Höller’s events.
She is also an author, having recently successfully published her first book, “Einen Scheiß muss ich” (“I Have to Give a Damn”).
In 2013, Jürgen and Kerstin Höller founded a foundation to provide education to children in the third world. They build schools
in socially disadvantaged areas of Africa.
Jürgen Höller grew up in humble circumstances. Not a big fan of school, he dropped out of high school and earned his secondary
school leaving certificate. Subsequently, he completed an apprenticeship as a shipping clerk. At the age of 19, he opened his
first fitness club, and within 2 years, he launched three more businesses. The strong need for recognition developed during
childhood undoubtedly played a significant role, as he himself recounts.
At some point, the bailiff was at the door, and at the age of 21, Jürgen found himself burdened with almost a seven-digit mountain of debt.
Despite his initial success, he lost everything. At rock bottom, he came across Dale Carnegie’s book, “How to Stop Worrying and Start Living.”
This flipped a switch for him.
He attended seminars, consistently applied the acquired knowledge, and success followed suit.
In 1991, after a competition by the magazine “Capital,” Jürgen Höller was elected Entrepreneur of the Year. “Inline” later evolved into “Injoy”
and is now considered the largest fitness franchise chain in Europe.
In 1993, Jürgen published his first book. He bought 4,000 copies from the publisher and sold them to participants in his seminars.
This later brought him six-figure advance fees.
Jürgen Höller can boast of these and many more successes. He openly talks about the mistakes he made in his youth and what
he has learned from them. Today, he shares this knowledge with his audience and seminar participants.
Jürgen Höller motivates the people who come to him, and together with his team, including Andy Bäuerlein and Mike Diersen,
the sales trainer, he shows them what
they are capable of and supports and guides them on their journey through targeted training in various bookable events.
Jürgen Höller takes the audience out of their comfort zone and, through various exercises, shows them what they are capable of.
Guests like Georg Kofler, Philipp Plein, who, as a young man, created unique bags and accessories from leftover leather, developing
his own design. These items, along with his design pieces, were sold at trade shows. In 2003, he was asked to design a lounge for
the German trade fair CPD Düsseldorf for Moët & Chandon. Philipp Plein also sold his bags and accessories here. The fashion brand
bearing his name was founded by him in 2004.
The stuntman and one of the most internationally successful men, was a guest at Jürgen Höller’s event at the Olympiahalle.
The atmosphere was so silent that you could have heard a pin drop.
Jochen Schweizer captivates the audience with his extraordinary personality and success story. Jochen describes his life
as always uncertain.
“He is an entrepreneur, but first and foremost, he is the entrepreneur of his own life.” “As an entrepreneur, a person has to take action,
and sometimes things can go wrong. And not everything has worked out for him.”
“If you want to change something, you have to enter the field of uncertainty.” “Uncertainty and opportunity meet each other,
and one never comes without the other.” “Failure is part of it, and then it depends on how we deal with failure.”
“Because the problem is not the problem! The problem is our attitude about the problem!” “There is actually no such thing as failure,
only new challenges that must be understood as opportunities to grow in the end.”
Kayaking was his religion as a young man. The wilder and more challenging, the better. They spent days in dangerous areas,
and his actions did not go unnoticed. One day, Willi Bonner called and asked Jochen if he was the crazy kayaker and if he would
like to play a role in a movie with Roger Moore. “Yes,” said Jochen, and he received an offer for the film
in which Roger Moore, Harry Belafonte, and Belafonte’s beautiful daughter also starred.
Jochen agreed to the challenge. On set, he jumped for the first time from a bridge with an assembled “Expander Rope,”
diving into the deep water below. This experience had nothing to do with the bungee jumping we know today. Willi Bogner came
by and wanted to know, “Jochen, can you also jump from a dam?” “Yes,” said Jochen, but what he didn’t know
was that this dam was 220 meters deep.
What he felt when he stood up there, he will never forget. This jump set him on his path. “You have to take the first step just to get
on the path at all!” “Fears prevent people from doing or becoming what we are truly born for.” “Fears also protect people.”
“But we are born to be free, free from fear.” “We are always standing on a ‘dam’ and faced with the decision:
Do I take the first decisive step now, from which all the many steps will follow that one must take to reach the goal?”
“Jochen Schweizer realized that it is not about reaching the goal; it is about walking the path because the path is the goal.”
Suddenly, he became the Bungee Guru. He became known for it, and no one spoke about extreme kayaking – something that meant
so much to him and for which he had trained for 20 years to be able to navigate extremely dangerous waters successfully.
This dam is the same dam featured in the James Bond film “Golden Eye.” “James Bond 007 and Jochen Schweizer was 001,”
as he himself puts it.
Jochen was approached from all sides: “Man, Jochen, that’s insane!” “Suicidal intercourse!” “Can we also jump?”
“Can you make that happen?” “Yes,” said Jochen, “we can do that, it costs 500 German marks.” And from that one person,
five friends emerged, who, under the supervision of Jochen and his buddy Büffel, jumped from the bridge over the Breitach Gorge
in Kleinwalsertal that night. Friend Büffel was the catcher.
The guys were completely thrilled and unresponsive.
With these nighttime jumps, he made his first entrepreneurial investment decision. Jochen enjoyed this sport and thought to himself:
“The Ultimate Experience.” That was the first advertising slogan on a box he had built for customers.
Women bought it, and men jumped. Women are the creative gift givers.
“The Adventure Gift Box!”
Thus, a new product category was invented, without Jochen knowing it at first. The gift as a trade product.
“We’ll make 1 billion in revenue,” Jochen said, but the banks didn’t give him any money. Jochen received an invitation
to New York to present the new trade product. After 7 minutes, an Austrian stood up and said, “You will meet many people
who have money and time but won’t give you any.”
That night, he took out his most beautiful kayak and paddled across the lake. It must have felt like he paddled for hours.
When he got home, he went to the bathroom, looked in the mirror, and said, “With this idea, I’ll make 100 million, you assholes!”
He made this promise to himself. The Dalai Lama once said, “Not getting what you want is a wonderful stroke of luck.”
Denn er hätte das geliehene Geld in den Sand gesetzt. He had no marketing and advertising channels.
Many years later, when Facebook entered the market, Jochen had the idea that he could sell this “Experience Gift Box”
through the Internet/Facebook.
12 years later, he sold this company to Pro7 Sat1 for a nine-digit amount.
A founder’s dream: “Feeling successful is the most important.”
“Only goals based on your own value system make you happy.” “Because it’s the values that shape us.” What are our own values?
There are hundreds of values. What are the 4 central values?
Be aware of your goals. Take self-responsibility, be honest, and retain control over your own name.
Jochen’s gift, the “Value Compass.” It is a system that guides you through the 4 central steps in 6 stages.
Success is based on creativity, hard work, and the willingness to do something for it because nothing comes for free in this world.
live at Jürgen Höller’s event in Munich.
Nena is one of the most successful German pop singers. She began her career in 1977 as a singer in a band. She achieved
her breakthrough in 1982 with the song “Nur geträumt” together with the band Nena. The song “99 Luftballons” made her
internationally famous in 1983 as part of the Neue Deutsche Welle movement. Nena started her solo career in 1989 with the song
“Wunder gescheh’n.” With over 25 million records sold worldwide, she is one of the most successful musicians in German
pop music history.
The SALES BOOT CAMP is a 4-day intensive training camp with Mike Diesen, the ultimate sales trainer.
Mike knows how to captivate and engage the audience. He sells like no other, adding a fun and entertaining element
that leaves no eye dry. Mike imparts the 5 diamonds to the audience during the event. Equally important as a polished appearance
is the notion that men without beards appear more serious and sell more than
others. Surveys at events consistently reveal that after shaving their beards (always voluntary), participants agree
that men without beards are perceived as much more attractive and serious.
“Be friendly and do things with dedication!”
Who should definitely attend? Salespeople, entrepreneurs, sales managers, and anyone who wants to become a seller
or learn how to sell.
THE DIGITAL SALES MACHINE is a 4-day intensive seminar with Andreas Bäuerlein, where you learn how to build a successful
online business. Andreas charmingly imparts essential knowledge about internet marketing and the three building blocks of
automated sales systems. His seminar at the Power Days in Munich is enriched by his fabulous singing voice.
The seminar content is no less exciting, covering digital positioning, online monkey fist, smart email marketing, how advertising
texts attract and sales texts sell, and the importance of traffic as the fuel for your sales engine, among many others.
REVENUE EXPLOSION is the 5-day marketing seminar with Jürgen Höller. This seminar demonstrates how to acquire customers
permanently. The audience can become success ambassadors, receiving “getting-to-know-you gifts” to pass on to recruited friends.
Within 7 days, these individuals are informed that the Jürgen Höller Academy has received their data, and they can
be invited to the next Jürgen Höller event on behalf of the referrer.
Social proof is a given. Jürgen brings people who have attended his events on stage, allowing them to share how their personal
and business lives have changed since participating in the Boot Camp and seminars. Some truly remarkable success stories
come to light, and participants are “on fire.”
Motivated by success and the joy it brings, there is another opportunity for enhancement: Jürgen Höller’s “REVENUE CLUB.” Here, you have the opportunity to break revenue records with the three pillars of fast and sustainable revenue growth: I. PILLAR: SCALING + SYSTEMS, II. PILLAR: MARKETING + ADVERTISING, III. PILLAR: DISTRIBUTION SYSTEMS + SALES.
